Our inspector will inspect as much of the surface area as is practical and where possible lift loose floor coverings and inspect within enclosures and other voids.

Consideration is given in respect to the condition, durability and compliance of the mezzanine / gantry fabric, fire protection, access and associated elements regarding its age, character and location and the need for repair and maintenance where appropriate will be indicated.

Our reports highlight defects and dilapidations and provide a visual Schedule of Condition at a fixed point in time from which remedial actions can be valued, scheduled and actioned appropriately.
